End-User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: Please read this agreement carefully before using the software. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Peretz Yam, operating as Pulso ("Licensor"), for the use of Pulso Convert ("Software"). This Agreement is solely between you and Licensor — not with Apple Inc. or any other third party.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) Mac computers that you own or control. You may not use the Software on more than three machines simultaneously without purchasing an additional license.

2. Trial Period

The Software may be used free of charge for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of first installation. Upon expiration of the trial period, continued use requires purchase of a valid license key.

3. License Key and Activation

Upon purchase, you will receive a license key. This key is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or distribute your license key. Licensor reserves the right to revoke a license key if misuse is detected.

4. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it; (c) rent, lease, sell, or sublicense it to any third party; (d) use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Licensor.

6. Updates

Licensor may provide updates at its discretion. Updates are included with your license at no additional charge. Licensor is under no obligation to provide any updates or new versions.

7. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
