- Telegram user ID and username of bot owner.
- Bot token (stored encrypted).
- FAQ content uploaded by client.
- Customer conversation logs (Telegram user IDs + messages).
- Usage statistics (question count, answer count).
2. How We Use Data
- To provide and operate the service.
- To generate AI responses via Anthropic Claude API — conversation content is sent to Anthropic and is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy.
- To display analytics to the bot owner.
3. Data Storage
- Data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Anthropic API, Telegram API).
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- Client data deleted upon account termination upon request.
