Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and issues refunds in line with this policy.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all Pulso digital products (including Pulso Convert and Amarkal) purchased through our checkout. Pulso is operated by Peretz Yam ("we", "us").

2. 14-day money-back

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Most of our products also offer a free trial, so you can evaluate the software before you buy.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription plans (such as Amarkal Team), you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation prevents the next charge but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods outside the 14-day window.

4. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders: it processes payments, handles billing, and issues refunds in line with this policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. The charge on your statement will appear as Paddle.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details (the email used at checkout and the product name), or contact Paddle directly through their buyer support. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same product.
