- Provider: Pulso Bot (“we”, “us”).
- By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
- We provide a platform that connects your Telegram bot to AI to answer customer questions based on the FAQ you provide.
- Service is provided “as is” — AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
- We do not guarantee response accuracy or continuous availability.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated responses.
- We are not liable for business losses, lost customers, or reputational damage resulting from bot responses.
- Client is solely responsible for the FAQ content they upload.
- Client is solely responsible for ensuring bot usage complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
- Service may not be used for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or deception.
- We reserve the right to terminate any account without notice for policy violations.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Payments are processed via Telegram Stars — all payment disputes are subject to Telegram’s terms.
- We do not issue refunds for used subscription periods.
- Trial period: 100 answers or 14 days, whichever comes first.
6. Changes & Termination
- We may modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Referral Program / Реферальная программа
- Any owner of a connected bot can become a partner by clicking “Invite a Friend” in their dashboard.
- Partners earn 30% of every payment made by referred clients. The founders’ rate of 30% is valid until December 31, 2026. After that date the rate may change — current terms are published on this page.
- Earned referral balance can be used in two ways:
- (a) Subscription discount — from 500 Stars (applied automatically);
- (b) Withdrawal to Telegram Wallet — from 1500 Stars, on request via the partner page.
- Payouts are made in Telegram Stars to the partner’s Telegram Wallet. To receive payouts the partner must activate Telegram Wallet (@wallet bot in Telegram). Pulso Bot is not responsible for failed payouts due to an inactive wallet.
- Payout requests are processed within 7 business days.
- Pulso Bot reserves the right to change referral program terms with at least 30 days’ notice to partners.
- Accrued balance is not a monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currencies.
